The client area is at my.dottorbox.it. Access always requires two-step verification, or your company credentials from your Microsoft or Google provider.

Sign in with your email, password and the code from your authenticator app, or with Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace single sign-on if your company has set it up.

Check the service status on the public status page, hosted separately from the platform, before opening a support request.

Have you received an invitation? Invitations to the platform are valid for 7 days: open the link you received by email and follow the steps. If it has expired, ask your company's administrator to send a new one. For login problems call +39 045 511 8550.
